In order to better respond to the impact of the epidemic on the employment of our graduates, promote full employment and satisfactory employment of graduates, broaden their horizons and broaden employment channels for graduates who are about to enter the workplace, and build exchanges and two-way selection platform between graduates and employers, on the afternoon of October 15, the special recruitment fair for the 2021 graduates of the School of Stomatology was held in Conference Room 639 of the Medical Laboratory Building. Six recruitment units including Chengdu Zhuoyue Dental clinic, Real Group, Shanghai Qimei Orthodontics clinic, Bybo Taikang Bybo Dental Medical Group, Doctor Dental Medical Holding Group Co., Ltd., Hainan Dental Hospital, and 2021 undergraduate and master graduates participated this job fair. The meeting was presided over by Ding Shaochun, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of the Academy. 

At the meeting, Secretary Ding expressed welcome and thanks to the guests of the recruiting unit, and introduced the general situation of the college and the basic situation of the college's employment work during the epidemic. Subsequently, the heads of the six units briefly introduced the hospital's environment, history, talent composition, business philosophy, and school recruitment process, and conducted question-and-answer exchanges with the students on the welfare system and talent training. At the same time, each unit has also carefully set up "Easter Eggs", inviting outstanding alumni who had already worked in our school to give more targeted introductions to the juniors and sisters, and analyze relevant career planning, professional development trends, salary and benefits and other matters for students. They pointed out the future development path. In the subsequent branch venues, the students had in-depth communication with the heads of various units.

After the meeting, the leaders of the college also had a conversation with the representatives of the employers to further understand the recruitment needs of the employers. Employers have expressed that the students at Lanzhou University are steadfast, hardworking, strong in learning and practical skills, which demonstrates the quality of talent training in our school.

This job fair set up a platform for exchanges and two-way selection for graduates and employers. It not only enables students to understand various recruitment issues and the demand for talents in the dental market, but also opens up their horizons for them who are about to enter the social workplace and broadens employment channels.
