Department of Oral Implantology of School/Hospital of Stomatology Lanzhou University was officially established in 2012. Before that, the clinical service was started around 2002. Now, our department has been the research, clinical and teaching center for undergraduate and postgraduate students majors in Oral Implantology of Lanzhou University School of Stomatology. Our department has one professor (director physician) and 2 associate professors (deputy chief physicians) among which two have got the Doctors’s Degree and one studied abroad in the United States. At present, our department has owned many world-renowned systems including Straumann, Nobel, Ankylos, etc., and can carry out various implant restorations, including immediate placement and repair, reconstruction of complex soft and hard tissue defects, application of full digital technology and others. The cumulative success rate is more than 98%. Our department looks forward to more domestic and international exchanges.
