On June 19-22, 2018, Professor Jing Wang and Associate Professor Yuan Zhao were invited to attend the 97^th International Association of Dental Research (IADR) Annual Meeting and the IADR European Chapter Annual Meeting in Vancouver, BC, Canada. The International Association of Dental Research Annual Meeting is the highest-level comprehensive academic event in the field of stomatology research. This conference brought together researchers from all over the world in various fields of oral science. Scholars gave speeches on their respective fields of study and presented a wonderful academic feast.

During the conference, Professor Wang Jing shown her research about “Gene regulation analysis of the effects of EVO on tongue squamous cell carcinoma”. Associate Professor Zhao Yuan shown her latest research “Age-related changes in dentin repair response are coupled to Wnt responsiveness of the pulp”. And they have conducted in-depth exchanges with domestic and foreign researchers. 

The dean of our college not only encourage faculty and students to go abroad, enhance the reputation and influence of Lanzhou University School of Stomatology, but also allowed them learning and understanding the frontier development of the oral field.
